Travel FAQ's

For guests joining us from out of town, we’ve gathered some basic travel and weekend information below. We’re incredibly thankful to everyone making the trip — whether you’re coming from across the country or just across town!

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We will have Welcome Drinks Friday night after the Rehearsal Dinner for everyone to gather and kick off the weekend! Details to come with formal invitation.

WHERE SHOULD I FLY INTO?

We recommend flying into SFO, which offers the widest selection of flights. Depending on traffic and the time of day, the drive from SFO to Vinarosa typically takes between one and two hours.

For guests seeking a closer option, Sonoma County Airport (STS) is a short drive away, though flight availability is more limited.

If you prefer not to rent a car, Uber/Lyfts will take you directly to Vinarosa from SFO.

HOW SHOULD I GET AROUND?

There are plenty of Ubers/Lyft in the Sonoma region. We recommend you use these services to enjoy the weekend!

WILL YOU PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION IF I AM NOT STAYING AT VINAROSA?

There is parking onsite for those that are driving. Otherwise, plan to Uber/Lyft to Vinarosa if you are not staying onsite. Most hotels should be less than a 15 minute drive. We advise booking these ahead of times as they can fill up later into the evening.
